Join our Tuesday Treats baker, Greta and Clinical Nutritionist, Sydney as they teach you how to make healthy substitutes when baking! Learn about consistencies of different flours and when it’s best to use one flour versus another (i.e., cassava flour vs. almond flour), easy eggs substitutes, when and why to use sugar substitutes and which ones work best, milk and cream substitutes, how to incorporate superfoods into your baking and more!
