Signs that you are a people pleaser ...
#1: You feel guilty setting boundaries.
#2: You agree to things that you actually disagree with.
#3: You apologize for things that you don't need to.
#4: You say yes when you really want to say no.
#5: You feel anxious about other people's opinions of you.
#6: You feel responsible for how people feel.
Ways you can begin to work on it ...
*Remember, healing is not linear and healing is a journey. Focus on being 1% better each day, and this is where true transformation begins!
#1: Set healthy boundaries.
#2: Listen to your intuition.
#3: Practice being more true to yourself in social settings.
#4: Speak your truth (in a productive and kind way) even if it means disagreeing.
#5: Say no when you want to.
#6: Stop apologizing when you do not need to.
#7: Work on building up your self esteem and your confidence!
