Why Oil Pull?

Oil pulling (with coconut oil) has been proven to help improve oral flora, prevent tooth decay, alleviate bad breath, strengthen the tissue of teeth and gums and detox your mouth from toxins (chemicals, bacteria, fungus and much more)! This is an ancient practice with phenomenal results!

BENEFITS:

  • Strengthens teeth and gums and oral health in general¹

  • Cleans the teeth, removing plaque¹

  • Helps to alleviate arthritis¹

  • Improves the health of sinuses¹

  • Reduces headaches¹

  • Benefits skin and blood disorders¹

  • Benefits hormonal balance¹

  • Reduces chronic inflammation in the body¹

It is one of the most powerful and effective practices available for detoxifying the body!

*When purchasing coconut oil, make sure it is cold-pressed! Remember you are putting this oil in your mouth with the intention to detoxify and feel better. Use the best quality oil you can get. You deserve the best oil for your body to gain wellness. Purchase oils that do not contain chemical residues.

HOW TO:

*In the morning before breakfast, on an empty stomach, take 1 teaspoon of a high quality cold-pressed coconut oil in the mouth, but do not swallow. Swish the oil around in the mouth, “chew it”, and mix it with your saliva for 10 minutes. Then spit it into the garbage.

*Chewing activates the enzymes which draw toxins out of the blood. And in 10 minutes, the blood from the entire body has had the opportunity to circulate through and around the mouth.

*We have found some amazing results, especially in patients who are detoxing immune challenges from the teeth and mouth. Remember that immune challenges will be absorbed into the oil.
