Protein Powders

Did you know that most protein powders, like whey, are over 80% converted to sugar in the body, building more fat than muscle? All proteins are not created equal! @bodyhealth

Proteins are not all equal. Some give more calories and some less.

Proteins are just combinations of amino acids. But which amino acids and in what ratio determines how or if they'll be used to build new muscle vs being converted to sugar.

To build muscle your body needs the essential amino acids — aminos it can’t make on its own. It needs all of them and they must be in the correct ratio.

If it has extras of some, or extra non-essential amino acids, your body can’t use them. Instead they go through the liver and are converted to sugar.

The problem is, while most protein powders contain all of the EAAs, their ratios are so far off that less than 20% of these EAAs can be used to build new protein.

The other 80% in things like whey, pea and collagen powders are actually converted to sugar in the body, building body fat, not muscle.

And BCAAs are the worst. As they only contain 3 of the EAAs, BCAAs are almost wholly converted to sugar. That’s the energy rush we get when we take them — a sugar rush.

PerfectAmino is pure EAAs in the scientifically formulated ratio that is 99% utilized to build lean muscle — not fat.

In fact, 1 serving of PerfectAmino gives the same amount of usable protein as 30 grams of whey. But instead of 120 calories… you get 2.

Some people even start losing fat just by switching from whey to PerfectAmino without making any other changes.

Oh, and they build muscle faster, recover from workouts faster, have more energy and better, more even-keeled moods.

Anyways… if you’re someone who loves building fat along with muscle, and then starving yourself to lose it with lots of cardio, then stick to whey.

But, if you’d prefer to build lean muscle without the excess fat, then check out PerfectAmino and find out what our customers already know...

It is possible to lose fat while building muscle and to build lean muscle without the excess fat.
