Berry Quinoa Breakfast

A simple, easy, nutritious start to your day!

Ingredients:

*1 cup of Quinoa (cooked and cooled) (BRAND: Simply Nature - Aldi)

*Fresh Mixed Berries (as many as you would like, blend together) (BRAND: Sunbelle - Aldi)

*1/2 cup of Chia Seeds (BRAND: Simply Nature - Aldi)

*1 can of Coconut Milk (BRAND: Native Forest - Golden Harvest or any health food store)

*1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (BRAND: Organifi - online)

*1/2 tsp. of Maple Syrup (BRAND: ChocZero - ORGANIQUE or online)

*1 tsp. of Cinnamon (BRAND: Simply Nature - Aldi)









Instructions:

*Mix all together. Store in small containers

*Top with goji berries, raspberries, blueberries and coconut flakes

Goji Berries (BRAND: Foods Alive - ORGANIQUE or online)

Berries (BRAND: Sunbelle - Aldi)

Coconut Flakes (BRAND: Dang - ORGANIQUE or online)

*Store in the fridge for up to a week
