Easy and delicious meal prep recipe!
Ingredients:
1 cup roasted corn (can remove or replace for food sensitivities) & chili powder
1/4 diced red onion
1 cup black beans
1 tbsp taco seasoning
3 cups shredded chicken
1/2 cup cashew milk yogurt
1/3 cup cilantro
1 avocado
1 lime squeezed
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with chips, veggies or on a salad!
