Southwest Chicken Salad

Easy and delicious meal prep recipe!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted corn (can remove or replace for food sensitivities) & chili powder 
- 1/4 diced red onion 
- 1 cup black beans 
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning 
- 3 cups shredded chicken 
- 1/2 cup cashew milk yogurt 
- 1/3 cup cilantro 
- 1 avocado 
- 1 lime squeezed 
- 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt 
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together and enjoy with chips, veggies or on a salad!
