A FANTASTIC breakfast or snack idea for those with sensitivity to oatmeal, dairy or gluten!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened, organic coconut, almond or cashew milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tbsp raw honey
Pinch of pink Himalyan sea salt
Toppings:
2 tbsp fresh or frozen berries
1 tbsp chopped raw almonds
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients except toppings in a 7.4- to 8-ounce glass jar with a fitted lid.
Stir well to combine ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Right before serving, add toppings of choice, stir and enjoy! They stay great in the fridge for 6-7 days!
