(Makes 10-12 muffins)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of applesauce (unsweetened)
1/2 cup almond butter
3 eggs
2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour (packed)
3 tbs coconut flour
2 scoops collagen peptides (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
Dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a hand mixer, mix wet ingredients until well combined. Add dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
2. Grease muffin tins with coconut oil. Scoop into tins until 3/4 full.
3. Bake 14-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few wet crumbs. Enjoy!
