A high protein snack!
Ingredients:
2 cups gluten-free oats
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp plant milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Add the oats to a food processor and blend until a flour forms.
Add all of the remaining ingredients (not including the chocolate chips) to the food processor and blend until combined. Add in the chocolate chips and pulse again to combine.
Roll into golf-ball-sized balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
