These crispy sweet potato chips are an irresistible crave-worthy treat!

Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato, washed and rubbed
Avocado oil
Pink Himalayan sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F.
Using a mandoline, or a very sharp knife, thinly slice your sweet potato and spread the slices evenly in a single layer on the air fryer tray.
Spritz very lightly with avocado oil and sprinkle lightly with pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper.
Cook in 3-4 separate batches to assure they crisp up.
Air fry the potato chips for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
Allow them to completely cool to crisp up.
