Crispy Crunchy Air Fryer Sweet Potato Chips

These crispy sweet potato chips are an irresistible crave-worthy treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large sweet potato, washed and rubbed

  • Avocado oil

  • Pink Himalayan sea salt and ground pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F.

  2. Using a mandoline, or a very sharp knife, thinly slice your sweet potato and spread the slices evenly in a single layer on the air fryer tray.

  3. Spritz very lightly with avocado oil and sprinkle lightly with pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper.

  4. Cook in 3-4 separate batches to assure they crisp up.

  5. Air fry the potato chips for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

  6. Allow them to completely cool to crisp up.
