*Disclaimer: As a reminder, our healthy foods list is for general recommendations, and we have no control over what comes in and changes on a day to day basis. Once we know that something is consistently NOT pure across the brand, we will then pause or remove it from the healthy foods list. Until then, we recommend that you sway test or submit any foods that would be in question to you. The most up to date rule of thumb would be to cautiously buy produce, and if you are not sure, please submit a picture for testing. You are welcome to submit the picture with a few items in one picture, just try and be sure that Ashley can see all of the items easily so her testing can be efficient.
Instructions:
*The night before, add all the ingredients except for the yogurt and ice to the bowl of your blender and give it a stir to ensure that everything is well combined. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
*When ready to eat, add the yogurt and ice, and blend on high until the oats have fully broken down and a smooth, creamy consistency is reached. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add an extra splash of almond milk. Transfer to a bowl or glass, add desired toppings and enjoy!
