Grasshopper Ice Cream Recipe

A perfect dessert for the holiday season!

Ingredients:

*2 cans Unsweetened Full Fat Coconut Milk (BRAND: Field Day - Golden Harvest or other health food store)

*3/4 cup Powdered Xylitol (BRAND: Anthony's - Organique or online)

*1/2 cup Cacao Butter Tablets (BRAND: Foods Alive - Online or other health food store)

*1 tsp. Vanilla Stevia (BRAND: Sweet Leaf - Organique, online or other health food store)

*2 tbsp. Moringa Hot Chocolate (BRAND: COCORINGA - Foods Alive or Organique)

*1/2 tsp. Chocolate Stevia (BRAND: Sweet Leaf - Organique, online or other health food store)

*1/8 tsp. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (BRAND: Wild - Organique or online)

*1 tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder (BRAND: Foods Alive - Online or other health food store)

*3 tbsp SunRoot Sweetener (BRAND: Omnica - online or health food store)

*20 drops peppermint essential oil (BRAND: Rocky Mountain Oils - Organique or online)


Instructions:

*Cook coconut milk, xylitol, and cacao butter on medium-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn heat off.

*Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Place in ice cream maker for 20 minutes.

*Top with chunks of a ChocZero chocolate/chocolate chips!
