Healthy Donut Holes

Pumpkin munchkins!

Ingredients:


Donuts:

✰ 1/2 cup flour

✰ 1/2 cup pumpkin

✰ cinnamon and pumpkin spice

✰ 2 tbsp monkfruit

✰ 1 tsp baking soda


Glaze:

✰ 1 scoop protein powder

✰ 1/4 cup powdered monkfruit

✰ milk to consistency (I used almond milk)


Instructions:

1. Preheat air fryer to 400 F

2. Mix donut ingredients and scoop into balls.

3. Air fry for 6-8 min or until golden and cooked through.

4. Mix glaze ingredients.

5. Dip donuts into glaze and let set.

6. Enjoy!
