Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte

Dr. Mercola's healthy substitute!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 1 teaspoon of MCT oil

  • 2 tablespoons of organic pumpkin puree

  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice

  • 1/4 cup of organic coffee

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Heat on stovetop until it simmers.

  3. Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.

  4. Serve hot.
