Dr. Mercola's healthy substitute!
Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of MCT oil
2 tablespoons of organic pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
1/4 cup of organic coffee
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Heat on stovetop until it simmers.
Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
Serve hot.
