These KEY LIME OVERNIGHT OATS are a MUST!
Ingredients:
•1/3 cup of gluten free oats
•2 tablespoons chia seeds
•1/2 cup of plain cashew milk yogurt
•1 cup coconut milk
•1 tablespoon stevia maple syrup
•1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
•1 teaspoon lime zest
•1 teaspoon vanilla
•1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Toppings: Coconut whip, gluten free crushed grahams and lime zest
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in the fridge overnight. Top with coconut whip, crushed grahams, and more lime zest if you like!
