Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

An excellent fall breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats

  • 1/4 cup Cashew Milk Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Purée

  • 1 cup milk Almond Milk

  • 1 tablespoon Stevia Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • Top with nuts of your choice

Instructions:

  • Mix all together and put in the fridge to enjoy in the morning!
