An excellent fall breakfast!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Cashew Milk Yogurt
1/4 cup Pumpkin Purée
1 cup milk Almond Milk
1 tablespoon Stevia Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Top with nuts of your choice
Instructions:
Mix all together and put in the fridge to enjoy in the morning!
