Ingredients:
*1 cup Frozen Raspberries (BRAND: Wyman's - Golden Harvest or other health food store)
*1 - 2 tbsp Cashew Milk Yogurt (BRAND: Foragers - Golden Harvest or other health food store)
*1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder (BRAND: Organifi - Online)
*1/2 cup Almond Milk (BRAND: Simply Nature - Aldi)
*1/4 cup Chia Seeds (BRAND: Foods Alive - Organique or online)
Instructions:
*Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
