Just 4 simple ingredients to make these fruit-filled chocolate treats at home!
Ingredients
1 heaping cup of fresh raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and make space in the freezer for it.
In a shallow dish, mash your fresh raspberries using a fork. Add in the chia seeds and honey, and stir well to combine.
Spoon this mixture onto the prepared sheet pan with a bit of space in between each one. You want 9 equal dollops of your raspberry chia mixture.
Freeze for 1 hour, or until very solid.
Melt your chocolate in the microwave on high, in 30 seconds increments, stirring after each one. Alternatively, you can use a double boiler over the stove.
Dip the frozen raspberry bites into your melted chocolate and allow the excess chocolate to drip off. Gently place them back onto your sheet pan, and freeze for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
Enjoy immediately, or place them in a sealed container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
