The cutest pumpkins!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup plant protein
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, as desired
cinnamon "sugar" (cinnamon and xylitol, monkfruit, stevia or other non-sugar sweetener)
dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Combine almond flour, protein, cashew butter, pumpkin, spices and maple syrup. Chill batter for 10 minutes, then roll into balls & shape into pumpkins using a toothpick. Roll in cinnamon sugar & add a chocolate chip on top for the stem. Enjoy!
