Trail Mix Protein Balls

A quick and easy snack for on the go!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1/2 cup nut butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1/4 cup raisins or cranberries

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

  • Pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt



DIRECTIONS:

  • Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until evenly combined.

  • Wet hands and roll the mixture into bite sized balls, about 1-2 tbsp each.

  • Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy!
